The lodge is located on a floating island, providing a unique and picturesque view of Lake Titicaca. Guests can enjoy the sunrise over the lake from their clean and comfortable rooms. The private bathrooms have running water, and there are warm blankets and hot water bottles provided for extra comfort.

The shower room is separate from the room and has low water pressure.

We had an incredible time at Uros Titicaca Lodge. The family who runs it, Sr. Felipe, his wife Celia, and son Evan, were our hosts and they made us feel right at home. They picked us up from the port and brought us to the island on their boat. The island itself is made out of reeds and floats on Lake Titicaca, providing a unique and safe experience. The family took care of us for three days, cooking delicious meals and showing us the Uros way of life. It was truly an amazing experience and we can't recommend it enough!

The lodge itself was incredible, with beautiful views and a comfortable atmosphere. Ivan, our host, was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about his culture and genuinely committed to sharing it with his guests. Staying a couple of nights allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience. The food provided was delicious, and we had the opportunity to participate in various activities, including kayaking and visiting the larger island community. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Peru.
