The hotel is conveniently located in the Southern suburbs of San Jose, close to everything we needed. We enjoyed being near the beautiful Parque La Paz, ideal for walking or running. The spacious rooms with kitchen and living area were comfortable, and the AC provided relief from the hot weather outside. The staff was excellent and friendly, always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the amenities, such as the swimming pool, added to our pleasant stay.

Some of the staff members were slightly rude, which detracted from the overall experience.

As young people, we loved the well-kept grounds and the ample parking at Casa Conde Hotel & Apartamentos. The security gate and off-the-main-street entry made us feel safe. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Abraham from the front desk. Having a kitchenette, sitting area, and 2 bedrooms in each room was perfect for families like ours. The included washer and dryers were a big plus, and the kids enjoyed the pool after a busy day. We also appreciated the excellent breakfast buffet and the efficient AC to escape the hot weather outside. we were very satisfied with the hotel and the helpful staff.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the early check-in option, the nice rooms with dark curtains, and the comfortable beds. The hotel also had a beautiful pool area, although it was closed for a wedding party, we still had access to the hot tub. The breakfast was delicious, and the grounds were filled with exotic plants. The friendly restaurant staff and the pet-friendly policy with a reasonable fee were also positives. Lastly, the parking lot felt safe with a security guard on site.

I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that provided exceptional service and comfortable accommodations. The staff, particularly Vanessa, our housekeeper, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our rooms were impeccably cleaned each day, and any issues with our door card were promptly resolved. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of fresh breads, fruits, and authentic Costa Rican dishes. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. Despite a few minor drawbacks like limited parking and Wi-Fi strength, I would highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic staff and overall comfortable experience.
