We had a wonderful stay at Wasai Lodge. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking, with a sloth right in front of us. The room was always clean and tidy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was the best we had in Peru, with a great variety of choices. The pool area was comfortable and surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. The staff at the front desk, especially Valeria, were excellent and provided us with useful information throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the lodge was excellent, with beautiful views overlooking the river. the atmosphere was very authentic, giving us a true Amazon feel. One of the best aspects was enjoying breakfast in the morning, surrounded by the serene river and watching different birds and butterflies.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. the breakfast was quite repetitive and lacked variety.

We absolutely loved our stay at this eco lodge! We stayed for three nights and used it as a base to explore the amazing Amazon jungle. The property is like a tree house nestled in the vegetation, with stunning views from the balcony. We had the best room on the top floor, with a balcony on the same level as the treetops. The room was clean, modern and had effective air conditioning. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our extra bags while we went on another adventure. The highlight was definitely seeing the family of sloths that live on the property, including a baby sloth that we helped when it fell from a tree. The location is great, close to tour offices and a fantastic nearby restaurant called Burgos. The pool was a refreshing spot to relax after our jungle escapades.

We also loved the adorable family of sloths that lived on the property, including a baby learning to climb through the trees.

We particularly enjoyed the fantastic view of the river and the jungle atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious meals, including a satisfying breakfast. Being conveniently located in town allowed us to easily walk to nearby restaurants. We also appreciated the assistance provided by the staff in organizing our half day trip to Lake Sandoval and other excursions.

I had the most incredible experience staying at this eco lodge in the heart of the jungle. The sounds of the birds and crickets in the room and throughout the property made it truly magical and relaxing. My spacious and clean room overlooked the river, and I witnessed the most breathtaking sunrise of my life. The swimming pool with a cute waterfall and bar was a nice addition, and the staff was incredibly friendly and spoke English, which was a bonus for me. The shuttle service provided to and from the airport was highly convenient. I highly recommend this lodge for an unforgettable jungle experience.

The noise from nearby clubs on Friday and Saturday nights was unbearable, keeping me awake until the early hours of the morning. the breakfast variety was disappointing, lacking options.

Loved the authentic and comfortable eco lodge experience! The A/C worked great, the pool was clean and refreshing, and the restaurant on site was delicious. Breakfast was free and included made-to-order eggs. The property was beautiful and very well-maintained. They also picked us up and drove us to the airport for free. The location was perfect, right on the river, with private rooms that offered stunning views. It was very convenient being just a short walk from the main square. The jungle atmosphere was amazing, with soothing animal sounds and a peaceful ambiance. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and attentive staff. They made us feel welcome and took care of all our needs during our Christmas stay.

The pillows were a bit flat for my liking, but that's just a personal preference and I'm sure others may find them comfortable. It would have been nice to have more light in the room and better water pressure for the shower, but it didn't detract too much from the overall experience.
