Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfy. We appreciated being able to leave our bags after checking out since our flight was later in the evening. the location was great, with many stores in the Makati area and in a quiet neighborhood. the hotel is close to Ayala Triangle Gardens, making it convenient to explore the city.

One thing that could be improved is the availability of the balconies in the rooms. It would have been nice to be able to use them.

I arrived after a long journey only to find my room given away! the receptionist's solution? "Well, we rented it to others. " At 10:30 pm. Again. You can imagine the exchange that followed. Let's just say, it wasn't pretty. Laughter, tears, and a resolution eventually ensued. Life's adventures, right? Oh, the joys of travel!

I felt like a VIP being only 20 minutes away from the World Trade Centre Metro Manila and having Ninoy Aquino International Airport so close by. And let's not forget the Power Plant Mall just 4.4 km away! Fancy, right?

The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a weekend stay. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, it was in a quiet area away from all the noise and dust. Plus, there were plenty of shops and local restaurants around the corner, which was a great advantage.

It wasn't perfect. the soundproofing needs improvement as I could hear the ongoing construction and outside noise all around the room especially while on the bed.
