The hotel staff here were super cool, gave us loads of great tips for foodie spots, and the location was smack bang in the middle of everything, perfect for exploring the Old Quarter vibes. the room was massive, comfy, and had all the essentials, plus we felt mega safe chillin' here. Tried their foot massage, lush! Only hiccup was a bit of noise from early risers outside, but didn't mess up our vibe. 👍

I recently stayed at the Calido Hotel for two nights during my visit to Hanoi. The staff was exceptional, offering a free room upgrade and arranging a cruise tour for us. The location was amazing, close to many attractions, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. I was impressed with the hotel's generosity and friendly service. I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location was great, close to the market and city center, with plenty of delicious street food options nearby. The room was the cleanest I've ever had, with fresh towels provided daily. The hotel also offered motorbike rentals, which were high quality and well-maintained.

It would be better if the hotel had a "Do Not Disturb" sign for guests' convenience.
