I recently stayed at the Calido Hotel for two nights during my visit to Hanoi. The staff was exceptional, offering a free room upgrade and arranging a cruise tour for us. The location was amazing, close to many attractions, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. I was impressed with the hotel's generosity and friendly service. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return when I come back to Hanoi.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location was great, close to the market and city center, with plenty of delicious street food options nearby. The room was the cleanest I've ever had, with fresh towels provided daily. The hotel also offered motorbike rentals, which were high quality and well-maintained.

It would be better if the hotel had a "Do Not Disturb" sign for guests' convenience.
