I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The staff here were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The service was excellent, with room service, car hire, and airport shuttle available. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The restaurant on-site served delicious food, and the staff even helped me plan some tours and activities during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The beach proximity was fantastic, just a short walk away, perfect for enjoying the sun and sand. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment. Additionally, the food served at the restaurant was delicious and satisfying, providing a tasty dining experience.

The noise from ongoing roadworks near the beach area, which disturbed the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Another issue was the lack of shampoo provided in the room, which was an inconvenience for guests who forgot to bring their own.

Our stay at Alona Royal Palm Resort was absolutely exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff, especially Marvin, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast provided was delicious and they even prepared it for us in advance when we had an early morning tour. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the location was convenient, just a short walk from the main road and Alona beach. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing stay in Panglao.

The hotel exceeded expectations - big, clean rooms, friendly staff, early breakfast, would go back again. Helpful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, clean showers, warm pool. Homey and relaxing atmosphere, modern feel, great food. Fantastic staff, friendly owners, comfortable and reasonable price.

Absolutely nothing.

Enjoyed a relaxing stay in a quiet and clean oasis with comfy rooms and friendly staff. The swimming pool was just outside the door and a nice touch with the extra soft bed linen and fluffy towels. , the breakfast was lovely and prepared with care.

The beach was further away than expected and not as appealing. It took around 10-15min to walk to the beach but there were other beaches like Dumaluan beach which were more beautiful and much closer by tricycle.

Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. The rooms at this hotel were surprisingly spacious and the bathrooms were kept clean and luxurious. It was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall comfort of our stay.

Limited resort facilities. The hotel did not have many facilities that you would expect from a resort.

Alona Royal Palm Resort - A great location, just a short walk to the beach and main strip of shops. Our stay here was amazing - it really exceeded our expectations! The staff, including the owners, were exceptionally friendly and helpful with every request. The hotel itself is well kept, clean, and looks exactly like the pictures. The rooms are always clean and the food is delicious, especially the generous breakfast. We appreciated the calm and quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. we had a fantastic stay at Alona Royal Palm Resort, and we would like to thank the staff for making our stay a wonderful one.

We recently stayed at a resort in Panglao and had a fantastic experience. The staff at Alona Royal Palm Resort were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with clean and well-appointed bathrooms. The food at the resort's restaurant was excellent and included a delicious breakfast. We also loved the location, as it was tucked away from the noise of Alona Beach but still just a short walk away. our stay was relaxing and enjoyable, and we would definitely come back.
