The staff at Altabriza Resort were incredibly accommodating during our stay. They were attentive and called us as soon as we entered our room to check if we needed anything. They even informed us in advance about elevator maintenance and offered assistance with our luggage during checkout. The rooms were spacious, clean, and pleasantly scented. On my sister's birthday, we brought a balloon but found the straw missing. However, when we returned to our room, we were pleasantly surprised to find it cleaned and the balloon inflated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, and we also enjoyed the beautiful infinity pool with its stunning view of Bulabog Beach. our experience at Altabriza was fantastic, and we appreciate the helpfulness of the staff.

It is a stone's throw away from a pharmacy and an array of restaurants and fast food chains. The spacious rooms offer a comfortable bed and polite staff provide a warm welcome. There are some noise disturbances from neighboring construction sites which can be quite bothersome at times.

From the moment I arrived, the service at this resort was exceptional. The staff knew it was my anniversary and surprised me with a delicious slice of blueberry cheesecake and a heartfelt congratulations note. They even made sure to call and check on me to ensure everything was perfect. I truly felt like a valued guest throughout my stay.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as the lack of shower heaters and limited breakfast options, they didn't overshadow the overall experience. The resort was spotlessly clean and the location near DMall was convenient.
