The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to help. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and I especially appreciated the option of having oatmeal, which is a rarity in hotels in this area. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the airport, which was convenient. I had a great experience during my stay at Sempre Premier Inn-Mactan Airport and I highly recommend it.

As a young family, we loved the modern and comfortable facilities of the hotel. The high-tech equipped rooms with a big screen flat TV and easy-to-use controls made our stay enjoyable. The free airport transfer service was excellent and hassle-free. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to the airport and nearby shopping malls. The staff were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, including currency exchange at a good rate.

Enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the room, with quality bedding, high tech features and a nice view. the free airport shuttle service and accommodating staff were convenient and made the stay pleasant and hassle-free. Also enjoyed the selection and quality of the breakfast.

The odd bathroom design with the glass walls offered no privacy, which could be inconvenient for some guests. there was some noise from the street which could disturb light sleepers.

We loved the high-tech features, like being able to control the lights and curtains with a remote by our bedside. the amenities were excellent, and the use of technology made our stay convenient and secure. the complimentary shuttle bus to the airport was a nice touch, offering us flexibility and saving us the hassle of finding transportation. having a small shopping center opposite the hotel was convenient for any last-minute shopping needs. the beds were incredibly comfy with soft cotton sheets, and our room had a great view of Cebu City. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For the price, Sempre Premier Inn offers great value with clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel's location near the airport and shuttle service make it very convenient. The staff is incredibly attentive and accommodating, providing excellent service even during airport closures.

We had a fantastic experience at Sempre Premier Inn-Mactan Airport. the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always going the extra mile to accommodate our requests. the room was small but very nice, with a comfortable bed and good internet. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the TV even had Netflix, which was a nice bonus. the breakfast, although based on a menu to order, was good, and we especially appreciated the availability of oatmeal, which is rare in hotels in the Philippines. we had a great stay and the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
