I just had the most amazing stay! the staff really went above and beyond to accommodate us. the breakfast was so good; I’d DEFINITELY return! It was even better than the photos!

ascott is super clean and comfy. it's close to everything fun—cafes - shops, and malls are just a walk away. the staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile. the breakfast options change daily - which is cool!

The suite was spacious and well-equipped, with a pleasant kitchen and great daily breakfast options, including Danggit. The location was fantastic, right across from One Bonifacio High Street. we waited two hours for check-in and had trouble with tissue paper during our stay. the staff were warm and welcoming.

I always return here because the staff kindly helped my old parents during my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I’m excited to come back for Christmas!

The rooms and amenities were clean and in excellent condition. Allergies were not triggered by the A/C and carpets, kudos to housekeeping and maintenance. The staff, especially Amalia, greeted us warmly every morning at breakfast. The service staff even spoiled my girl with personalized pancakes during our stay. The location is strategic for both holiday and business purposes. The friendly staff was willing to accommodate our requests. The buffet breakfast included was delicious and served in a bright and spacious restaurant. The gym had great equipment and a fantastic view. The studio room we booked was huge and even had a kitchen with a washer/dryer, like our own apartment in New York City.

The parking was convenient and free for guests. The location was perfect, as it was very near malls and other recreational activities. We loved being close to Bonifacio High Street, where we found several nice restaurants to choose from. The staff were amazing, providing excellent customer service.

The hotel's location near malls, restaurants, and parks made it convenient to explore and participate in activities. The staff, particularly MJ, provided exceptional service with attentiveness, cheerfulness, and a friendly demeanor. MJ's excellent PR and attention to detail made me feel valued as a guest, and I will definitely be coming back for his service.

ascott exceeded our expectations. the rooms were top-notch and the decor was tasteful. the breakfast had a great variety of food and the hotel's convenient location allowed us to explore nearby malls and restaurants. we were particularly impressed with the surprise birthday cake for my mum and the free new year's eve countdown for in-house guests.
