The location was perfect, and our room provided utmost comfort. The housekeeping service was fast in providing our requests, and the pool was a fun and safe place for the kids. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable family vacation.

The hotel is conveniently located, just 15 minutes away from the airport and right in front of Alona Beach. The staff are friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to meet guests' requests. The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds and a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The breakfast buffet offers a decent selection of Filipino food and cereals/pastries. The pool is just the right size for a refreshing swim, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious food at a reasonable price.

The fitness center could use some improvements, particularly in terms of equipment and instructional guides.

The outdoor seating space or mezzanine floor above the pool is only open on certain days. It would be nice to have access to this area every day.

Great hotel, fantastic sea view, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good size pool with a bar and restaurant. the hotel was situated close to the beach, and it was easy to walk straight onto the sand to enjoy the sea. the breakfast was a nice selection of different options, satisfying everyone’s taste. the cherry on top was definitely the comfortable bed we were given to sleep in and the excellent air conditioning, which was perfect for the hot weather.

They charged too much for corking fee, which was not cool. the pool had a strong smell of chlorine when the waterfalls were turned on, making it unpleasant.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, with outstanding hot chocolate. The gameroom was a favorite spot, although the lack of working ceiling fans made it hot and sweaty. The hotel was modern, with helpful and friendly staff. The room was comfortable, with a great sea view and excellent air conditioning. The location was perfect, right on the beach, allowing easy access. The pool was spacious and enjoyable.

The car transfer from the airport was overpriced for such a short distance. The room that was initially booked was under maintenance, resulting in being placed in a two single bed room instead, with false promises of discounts.

We especially enjoyed the country side package tour offered by the hotel, which allowed us to explore the beauty of Bohol. The restaurant at the hotel served delicious food, and we particularly loved the authentic hot chocolate from the breakfast buffet. we had a fantastic experience at Best Western Plus The Ivywall Resort-Panglao.

One drawback we experienced was the limited equipment at the gym. It would be great if they could add some kettlebells or dumbbells to make the gym more well-equipped, especially considering it is a four-star hotel.
