The bell hops provided exceptional service, always welcoming guests with a smile. the location is ideal, close to malls and restaurants. the room had a pleasant scent and clean amenities. the two-story room was a great deal, offering comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the surrounding area. the lobby was well-maintained.

Our room had a great view of Parkmall and comfy beds with clean sheets. the two-floor setup was a nice surprise, and the friendly bellhops made us feel welcome the entire stay. the location is convenient, near key roads.

Sadly, our experience was overshadowed by multiple maintenance issues. the AC in room 702 was too noisy, room 619 had a leaking toilet, and room 630 had a loosely attached washbasin.
