The room was modern and spacious, with daily cleaning by friendly staff. The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of Perimeter Road. The food at the hotel's restaurant was great, and the staff were always willing to help.

The outdoor space in the verandah room was unusable during rainy weather. Some of the rooms had small balconies or none at all, limiting outdoor options.

Loved the free shuttle service that took us to different areas around the city. It was super convenient and saved us money on transportation. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a warm smile. It made us feel welcome and taken care of during our stay.- The hotel offered 24/7 room service, which was a lifesaver when we were too tired to go out for food. The menu had a good variety and the portions were generous.

The pool was quite small and there were no sunbeds, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to relax by the poolside.
