My husband and I stayed at Hyatt House for our annual Old Town getaway. The location was perfect, and we loved that we could easily walk to everything or take a quick Lyft. The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The King suite we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower head. The pool was refreshing and inviting, and we enjoyed the free cabanas and towels provided. The daily breakfast was a total upgrade from similar hotels, with cooked-to-order omelettes, yummy bacon, real eggs, and fresh blueberries. A+ for the facilities and overall experience.

The size of the room was perfect for two people, with a spacious living room and a nice-sized bedroom. The location was excellent, within walking distance to downtown and all the action. We didn't need a car at all. Another advantage was the friendly and accommodating staff who were always helpful and communicative.

No elevator to transport luggage to the second floor, which can be problematic for guests with heavy luggage on longer trips. Reservation issues caused major problems and delays in checking in, which resulted in having to pay out of pocket for the stay that was already charged by a third party.

Impressive studio apartment room with a kitchenette, TV in the living room and bedroom. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Great location close to the trolley stop and Old Town. Enjoyed the delicious self-service breakfast. I would recommend the hotel for its value and convenience.

The location of the hotel allowed us to easily access downtown and Scottsdale Stadium, while still being in the middle of surrounding buildings of rooms. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, and the living area was well-decorated and spacious. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including an omelet station, and the pool area was refreshing.

The hotel lacked an elevator, making it difficult for some guests to climb up and down the stairs.
