Great location for hiking Pinatubo. Allan at Mount Pinatubo Base Camp was incredibly helpful in organizing our tour and saving us money by pairing us up with other guests. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. They even let us use the shower after our tour before checking out, which was very kind.

The loud noise at night can be disturbing for light sleepers, including barking dogs and noisy tricycles. the air conditioning system can be quite noisy creating an unpleasant experience for guests while sleeping.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was incredible. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the location in a rural area surrounded by local people. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including a private bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.
