The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to public transportation options. This made it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. the friendly staff provided good customer service, making the overall experience enjoyable.

The breakfast options were limited and lacked variety, which was a bit disappointing.

The personnel was quite welcoming and friendly, which had a warming effect on the entire journey. Another good point about this hotel was the air conditioning. Plus, the location was fabulous because it was close to so many restaurants and attractions.

We were not offered any choices, and the meal was not great either. there was no bread, butter, or jelly available, which was quite a downer.

My stay at Casanas Suites was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, even accommodating the needs of my senior companion and infant. They assigned us a convenient ground floor room, saving us from climbing the stairs. The cleanliness and quiet atmosphere added to the overall comfort of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.
