The room A/C was perfect, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. We were able to get a good night's sleep before attending a wedding. The hotel's location was convenient and close to the arena where we were headed. The food was delicious and we enjoyed a nice meal in our room. we had a great experience at Hilton!

We loved the convenience of the hotel's location in the city center, making it easy for us to explore the nearby food market and the trendy Short North area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we were impressed with the cleanliness of our room. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay.

Convenient downtown location with easy access to Nationwide Children's. Friendly and efficient staff, even during NHL All-Star event. Parking confusion and elevator communication improvements needed. Spacious and clean rooms with useful amenities. Quiet rooms with good sound insulation. Excellent breakfast options including healthy choices.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. We loved being able to walk to the North Market, which was just around the corner. Plus, being just one block away from the NHL hockey arena was a big bonus. The service from check-in to check-out was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was modern and super clean, with all the amenities we needed including a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and a comfortable bed. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to others.

As for the cons, there are none! We couldn't think of a single negative aspect.

The staff at the hotel were excellent - friendly, attentive, and took care of us in every situation. The location was great, right next to a convention center and just a block away from an NHL hockey arena. The stylish and modern architecture of the hotel was a pleasant surprise, as most chain hotels in the US tend to be boring and plain. The interior design of the hotel was also impressive, with a beautiful atrium and open corridors. The room was stylish, functional, and of great quality, with a comfortable bed, effective AC. The breakfast was also very good.

The exterior of the hotel wasn't anything special. Some rooms had a less than desirable view, either of a construction site or railroad tracks.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. the staff at check-in, including the valet parking and front desk, provided good service. the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It was also great to have free internet access during the stay.

There were a few negative aspects to the hotel. the room was not as clean as expected, and there was even a dirty air filter in the furnace.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Its location was perfect because everything was within walking distance, so we didn't need a car. The hockey arena is just one block away, and there's a park nearby. The amenities were outstanding, including 24-hour room service, shops, laundry, and more. Our room was very comfortable, with heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff was friendly and attentive, from check-in to check-out.

Connected to convention center. Housekeeping made beds and restocked towels. Hotel garage allows free re-entry. Friends had great experience. Staff treated us well, despite our appearance. Will book again.

My stay at Hilton was fantastic! I was in Columbus for a convention, and the hotel's attachment to the convention center and parking garage made everything so convenient. The location had beautiful views, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially Marshall in the restaurant, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Marshall was the best waiter I have ever had, making sure we had everything and even customized our coffees. The QR code made accessing food and other services a breeze. I will definitely book again!

I totally recommend this hotel.

The room service was awesome, fast delivery, great food. The "OHIO" burger was as good as claimed. Convenient location for baseball and hockey games. Nice staff, connected to convention center, enjoyable pool.

Cannot find any fault.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff at the recently built 402 building. Being located conveniently next to the convention center was a plus. Room 1970 offered a perfect view of the sunrise. The breakfast and lunch at FYR restaurant were the best. We highly recommend having dinner at the top building "Stories on High." The skywalk connecting building 401 to 402 provided a fun way to explore and enjoy the view.

We felt welcomed and had no complaints at all.

I had the BEST waiter ever, Marshall, in the restaurant. He went above and beyond, bringing us customized coffees and ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were amazing, and the location was perfect, directly across from the convention center.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few steps away from the convention center. The room was very comfortable, clean and had all I needed. I particularly liked the window that looked into the atrium area. The front desk staff was amazing and very welcoming. I had a great experience. I'll recommend this hotel.
