During our recent stay in Cebu, we chose to stay at the hotel next to Ayala Mall. The location was excellent as we were able to easily access the mall and enjoy the various dining options. The Garden Cafe at the hotel stood out with its excellent menu choices that catered to different cuisines and cultures. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the quick and efficient check-in process, along with the professional and friendly staff. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and great dining options.

As young holiday goers, we loved the location of the hotel right in the heart of the business district. It was very convenient and close to restaurants. Additionally, the hotel had an outdoor pool with friendly pool staff, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather.

We felt welcomed into the family at the hotel, with no reason to complain.

My purpose for traveling to Cebu was for business, and I stayed at the conveniently located Seda Ayala Center. The hotel is just steps away from Ayala shopping Mall and close to my office. The staff were polite and went above and beyond to meet my needs. My room, although small, was well laid out and had all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable day bed and the stunning view. The business lounge offered a great breakfast and snacks throughout the day. The hotel also helped arrange a special surprise birthday celebration for my wife and provided medical assistance when she got injured. I highly recommend this hotel to both friends and family.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to major attractions. the hotel staff was friendly and provided good service. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the hotel also had a nice pool area where I could relax and enjoy the sunshine.

One downside was the slow Wi-Fi connection in the room. It was frustrating to have such a poor internet connection, especially when I needed to work or connect with family and friends.

Live music every night in the bar and on the patio

Staff communication can be difficult due to English language limitations. Large crowd during Sunday morning when the main ballroom is used as a church.

I recently stayed at Seda Ayala Center for a few nights for business meetings. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the middle of Cebu's Ayala Mall and just a short taxi ride away from my meetings. The staff, especially our waiter Jhuvel at Misto, went above and beyond to cater to our needs, even accommodating special requests for local Cebuano items. The receptionist, Kim, remained calm and polite despite the chaos, and we were given a generous 2-hour late check-out. The restaurant, although understaffed, had efficient and hard-working personnel, and the breakfast had a high-quality selection. a great experience.
