Our stay at Epic Sana was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. From the moment we arrived, the front desk provided us with valuable information and the concierge gave us excellent tips for our day trips. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary craft desserts that awaited us every evening. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. On top of it all, the staff made our engagement even more special by arranging for flowers, champagne, and strawberries in our room. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities.

The hotel was located in a convenient area, close to many shops and restaurants. There was also a local shopping centre nearby which had everything I needed. However, it was quite a steep uphill walk to get back to the hotel from the centre.

The hotel could improve on the overcrowding at the rooftop pool, as there weren't enough beds for the number of people using it.

The room had a great view of the river and the city and the staff were professional and helpful. The location was fantastic, with easy access to main attractions and transportation.

The breakfast options were limited and the prices at the bar and restaurant were too expensive. It seemed like the hotel catered more towards business travelers, so it lacked a lively atmosphere.

This venue boasts luxurious amenities that fulfill guests' exclusive needs. The infinity pool and sun terrace offer breathtaking views. The Spa centre is top-notch, offering a variety of treatments and a spa lounge. The buffet breakfast is exceptional and there is a fabulous rooftop bar to enjoy cocktails at night. The staff is welcoming and provides excellent service.

The only minor flaw is the limited selection of special diet menus. It would be great to see more options in the future.

Huge pool, exceptional staff, tasty breakfast, beautiful rooms, and thoughtful farewell breakfast boxes. The rooftop pool is perfect for sunny days, and the spa is outstanding. The hotel location requires a 30-minute leisurely walk to Old Town, with a taxi recommended for the return journey. Room with a view on floor 10 facing the river is a must.

my recent stay in lisbon exceeded expectations at this hotel. the staff was helpful and cheerful, the room was clean with a welcome plate of sweets, and the food was excellent. i enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool and will definitely be coming back soon.

epic sana exceeded expectations on this trip, much better than previous stay in lisbon. staff were fantastic and helpful, especially at reception and breakfast. the rooftop pool was amazing and the hotel is conveniently located near metro.

Had an amazing New Year's celebration at a hotel in a great location, close to everything we needed. Loved the two complimentary glasses of champagne and the fireworks display. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city.

The food was not up to our expectations. Breakfast was often cool and not well presented.
