Noise from busy street.

New hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room with lots of TV channels. Shower pressure okay. Small restaurant, good Spanish/Filipino restaurant nearby. 10 min walk to Ayala Mall with shopping and dining options. Strong Catholic religious theme throughout.

Budget-friendly hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds, and spacious bathrooms. Convenient location near malls and easy access to taxis. Security staff and 24-hour front desk provide a safe and hassle-free stay. Assistance with tour arrangements, including whale shark visits, adds to the overall positive experience.

Felt like home, with nothing too much trouble.

Situated between two malls, easy to catch a taxi. Friendly staff, although not super experienced. Restaurant food is decent. Beautiful option for guests arriving from nearby islands or with nearby meetings. Excellent customer service, particularly from front desk staff member Gretchen. Buffet breakfast includes a variety of Philippine and western cuisine. Quiet neighborhood away from bars and clubs. Exceptional hotel staff, with Mike providing outstanding recommendations and making the stay enjoyable. Helpful front desk and attentive housekeeping staff. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and effective AC. Convenient location within walking distance to dining options and easy access to transportation.

The hotel staff at this newly opened hotel were truly exceptional. They provided personalized service and were always ready to assist with any request or recommendation. The hotel's location was also a major plus, situated conveniently between IT and Business Park and away from the noisy bars and clubs. being just a 10-minute walk from Ayala mall was incredibly convenient for shopping and dining options.

The view from the hotel rooms was not as advertised. Instead of the promised scenic views, I was faced with a high-rise building across the street and a busy street below.

The staff were lovely and helpful, allowing us to make local calls and providing prompt service. The housekeeping staff were attentive and thorough in cleaning our room. The bed, AC, and bathroom were all comfortable and well-maintained. The location was convenient, within walking distance of a mall with dining options.

We loved the modern design of the hotel and the amenities provided. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy our cravings.

The lack of a refillable water station, but it wasn't a major issue for us.
