The staff is polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Additionally, the hotel's location is a major highlight as it is within walking distance of both the new market and the night market. Furthermore, the rooms with balconies offer a lovely view of the city.

Although there were some minor issues reported by other guests, overall, this hotel provided a satisfactory experience.

My recent stay at River Park Hotel Dalat was a great experience. The hotel was clean and in a good location, making it convenient for exploring Dalat. The staff were polite and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. I also appreciated that there was a motorbike rental shop nearby, allowing us to easily explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Dalat.

The location was great since it was close to restaurants and a shop where we could rent motorbikes to easily explore the city. the price was reasonable compared to other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam.

The hotel lacked some essential facilities, such as a working lift, hand towels, and restocked toilet paper. the plumbing noise from the toilet above us was also quite annoying.
