The hotel had a great location, with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. We could walk to the nearby attractions like the Capitol and Fuente Circle, which was a huge plus. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. Plus, the fast Wi-Fi in the hotel was a pleasant surprise.

Although the staff were friendly, the facilities could have been better. The showers were rusty and the grout in the shower room was moldy, which was a bit disappointing.

During Christmas, my stay at this hotel was great! the hotel offered two complementary facts which were delightful. the location was central and near to shops and restaurants which made it easy for us to explore. We were also able to use public transport without any difficulties. the hotel's lounge areas were cozy and had a great atmosphere.

The room was not clean and was noisy due to construction taking place near the hotel. the room was also cold as the heater was not functioning well, making our stay not as comfortable as we hoped.

The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the service was fast. The location was amazing, conveniently near a bbq restaurant and a 7-11 store.
