Great location for walking to shops, restaurants, and more. Spacious rooms with clean shower/restroom. Friendly staff and accommodating with visitors. Helpful during blackout situation, although elevator was down. Honest staff when I left something behind.

The room size at Centtro Residences was much bigger than I expected, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. I also appreciated the convenience of having a mall nearby where I could easily find food and supplies. Despite being close to the mall, the rooms were placed farther back, offering a sense of seclusion away from the noise and busy street.

One drawback I experienced was that the water in the shower wasn't hot enough for my preference. However, it did have warm water and complete toiletries, which was a plus.

The hotel was easily accessible and centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, matching the pictures on the website. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing excellent service.

Some guests mentioned that finding the hotel was a bit difficult due to the signage being hard to see.

Despite calling the front desk to request for it twice, I still did not receive it. I wished there were more decorations in the room to make it more festive.

Centtro Residences in Los Banos is superbly located, with easy access to establishments and ample parking. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a big cable TV and cool AC. The staff, especially Ms. Dories, is friendly and accommodating.
