The hotel was situated in a great location, which made it easy for us to explore the city without getting lost. We were also thrilled to receive complimentary breakfast and a city map upon arrival. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a lovely view of the city.

There were a lot of things that went wrong during our stay. The staff was unhelpful and didn't speak much English, which made it difficult for us to communicate our concerns.
