the location was amazing, right in the heart of the action with restaurants, shops, and bars downstairs, and just a 30-second walk to the beach. The staff was exceptional, allowing us to check in early and going above and beyond to help us retrieve a forgotten phone. The view from our room was stunning and the hotel was overall clean and well-maintained.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel in the heart of El Nido. The location couldn't have been better - just a few steps away from the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the attractions of this vibrant city. I loved being able to explore the beauty of this city on foot, with everything conveniently close by. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable and spacious executive suite that exceeded my expectations. The balcony provided a lovely view, and the free shuttle service from the airport was a welcome bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay.
