The staff provides exceptional service and the basic amenities are top-notch. The rooms are cozy and have a queen-size bed, with lovely views from the higher floors. The breakfast included has interesting selections of savory meals and local delicacies like dried danggit.

I stayed at Eloisa Royal Suites for a few nights during my recent visit to the area. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and even provided a breakfast to go for my mom, who had an early flight. They made sure she could still take her medication and start her day right. The variety of breakfast options was impressive, with everything from salad to rice and even waffles. The staff, particularly the doorman and housekeeping staff, were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The room itself was clean, new, and very comfortable. Plus, the location was great, with a big mall nearby for shopping, dining, and even getting a massage. it exceeded my expectations and made for a wonderful stay.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in Cebu and had a fabulous time. One of the perks of the hotel was the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room, really appreciated after a long day exploring the city. the hotel is situated in a fantastic location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Another bonus was the excellent wifi in the room which made staying connected a breeze.

The only disappointing part of our stay was the bathroom which lacked sufficient toiletry storage space. It could have also benefited from a small table to eat snacks or breakfast on.
