We had an amazing stay at Felicity Island! the staff, including the concierge, guard, and reception, were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to assist us. They even helped us arrange transportation to the airport. the room was stunning, spotlessly clean, and the added bonus of in-room dining made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, with easy access to the airport, main road, taxis, and nearby amenities such as the Gaisano Mactan Island mall and various restaurants and bars. We cannot wait to come back and highly recommend this hotel.
