The staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to assist you. Chris even helped arrange a day tour for us. Ella was very helpful too. The housekeeping staff, especially Iyan, kept our room in excellent condition. The hotel is perfect for families, with beautiful rooms that my kids absolutely loved. The location is convenient, being close to the mall.

Special thanks to Lou and Karin for their invaluable help. the hotel's location couldn't be better, just a minute's walk from the beach and situated in the heart of D'mall. the rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was top-notch. We would definitely choose Feliz Hotel again if we return to Boracay.
