I always return for a great stay. Staff shared local food delivery, which I appreciated. the place suits me, with Wi-Fi, valet parking, and 24-hour security. I love the infinity pool and welcome drink. Coming back for New Year.

During my Christmas break, I enjoyed the fantastic hotel's facilities, and the choice of food and quality was good. the staff's enthusiasm was very evident, and they were friendly and accommodating. I loved the rooms because they were massive, well-decorated, and the beds were very comfy. I also appreciated the tiny little things like the quality of the slippers, the new robe, and towels.

Some things I did not like. For instance, some facilities were unavailable, which was understandable, but disappointing.

I also enjoyed the stunning view from my room and the hotel's well-maintained facilities, including the swimming pool. it was a delightful experience.

That the hotel's dining options were limited, but with the nearby mall, it wasn't a major issue.

The Fili Hotel At Nustar in Cebu exceeded my expectations. The stunning rooms, lovely pools, and spotless accommodations were truly impressive. The friendly and helpful staff added to the amazing overall experience. The highlight, however, was the excellent food and incredible buffets offered at the hotel's restaurants. It was a 10/10 experience for me.

The hotel has an exclusive and luxurious atmosphere that fits perfectly with high-end travelers. the grand entrances and lobby were breathtaking, welcoming and elegant. the staff was attentive, friendly, and willing to help in every possible way. the restaurant serves highest quality food, which is impossible to find elsewhere. the rooms are stunning, spacious, and have modern toiletries and bathrobes. the beds were comfortable, and the quality of the towels and slippers was excellent. the swimming pools were small but lovely and had sun loungers as well.

Although there are many good things about this hotel, like any other, it has a minor issue. the cafe in the lobby had a long menu, but over 60% was not available, which was a bit annoying.
