The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. the rooftop bar and pool provided a relaxing and enjoyable space to unwind and enjoy the views.

There were a few things that could have been improved. The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to our expectations, with dirty floors and an unclean toilet.

The staff greeted us warmly and the reception area was clean and inviting. The apartments were spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was very central, making it easy for us to explore different areas of the city on foot. We also enjoyed the use of the gym, where we could book our preferred time to work out. we had a great experience and would recommend this place to others.

We had a great stay at Gran View Apartments. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance - tourist spots, beaches, cafes, and a grocery store in the gothic quarter. the apartment had all the necessary supplies, including a washing machine and kitchen utensils. the customer service was excellent too, as they were able to accommodate our late arrival and even sent a forgotten iPhone to our next destination. the rooftop deck was also a beautiful feature, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Great location in the heart of Madrid's lively Grand Avenue. Close to a 24-hour grocery store, meeting points for day tours, and a luggage locker facility. The apartment had excellent facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and a washer. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby had a refreshing scent from the diffuser system. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and theaters nearby.

The sofa bed mattress could be more comfortable, and there were some noise issues from the outside.

I had an amazing stay at Gran View Apartments in the heart of the action-filled location of Madrid. The value for money was exceptional and the bed in our unit was incredibly comfortable. The staff, including Oscar, Javier, Reydel, Daniela.

My only suggestion to improve the breakfast option would be to provide cleaning products in the kitchen for guests to easily clean up after themselves.
