The value for money at this place is outstanding. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The location right by the Loboc River was a dream come true, with a swing to jump in and swim. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay feel like a little paradise.

The accommodation was fantastic with clean and comfortable rooms. The restroom was the best, and I loved the unique experience of having it outside. The cottages were close to nature, and the dorm provided plenty of light for reading or yoga practice. The breakfast was excellent, and the food at the restaurant was mind-blowing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the WiFi was super fast. it was worth the money, even though the price was a little more expensive than other places.

We had an absolute blast at this amazing hotel! The staff were so friendly and the food was out of this world. We loved the basic yet cozy rooms and the unique experience of the open-air showers. Not to mention, the lovely dogs that were so friendly and added to the overall atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I had a blast paddleboarding and biking! The outdoor patio was perfect for relaxation. The restaurant's food was delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly. Cons: Oh, I guess the garden could use a little more magic.

It was truly a serene and calming sight. the bed was extremely comfortable, with high-quality mattresses and soft pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

After dinner, there was nowhere to relax and socialize with friends. Sitting in the backyard resulted in complaints from other guests for being too noisy.

the staff made us feel welcome and took the time to get to know us by name. the huts were unique and the outside showers added to the natural experience. the tours offered were fantastic, especially the SUP tour on the river. It was the perfect base for exploring the nearby tourist spots. the chilled and friendly vibe, along with the hammocks, made it a great place to hang out. And the food? Definitely good!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, nestled in the mountains with a beautiful jungle view river nearby. The restaurant next to the hotel offers delicious food, and we enjoyed eating there. It's far away from the port, which gives it a secluded and peaceful vibe.

The Wi-Fi only works in the restaurant/bar area and is not available in the rooms.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring Bohol, with easy access to ferries and the jungle. It is situated in a friendly neighborhood near the shore of the Loboc river. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of light and comfortable open-air bathrooms. The staff is extremely helpful, and the food is delicious with many ingredients grown in the back garden.

It would be even better if the hotel had air conditioning for those warm and humid days.

the staff at Fox & the Firefly Cottages were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They assisted me with organizing transfers, ferry bookings, and even helped me plan out fun activities for my stay. the restaurant on-site was a highlight, offering a fantastic menu with both Filipino and international dishes. I especially loved their plantain chips. the food was always freshly cooked with ingredients sourced from their garden. the SUP tours were amazing experiences and great value for money. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Bohol.

We had an incredible stay at a stunning resort in Bohol. the garden had an open-air shower and clean wooden cabins. the resort offered various exciting excursions like city trips, SUP, firefly watching, and mountain biking. It was conveniently located near the river and close to the Varsiers and Chocolate Hills. the hotel owner organized amazing activities, including paddleboarding to see fireflies and waterfalls. the food at the resort was the best in Bohol. it was a memorable and amazing experience.
