I had a great and enjoyable stay at Go Hotels Otis - Manila - Multiple-Use. The location was convenient and easily accessible to popular attractions like Manila Cathedral and Intramuros. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice bathroom and shower. The staff, including the friendly front desk and housekeepers, were approachable and accommodating. The hotel is located right next to Robinson's mall, which was convenient for shopping and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for its budget-friendly rates and welcoming atmosphere.

I stayed at this hotel recently and it was a great experience. the staff were amazing and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. I also loved the fact that there were rooms with windows available, as I prefer natural light. Furthermore, the hotel's location is very convenient, directly in the Mall. It was great to have easy access to a shopping center with a variety of shops and restaurants. this hotel offers excellent value for money.

The location is convenient, with public transport easily accessible, and there are multiple dining options nearby, including coffee shops beside the grocery entrance into the Mall. It is also very close to a shopping center, making it convenient for any shopping needs.

The lack of windows in the rooms gives a prison-like feeling and can make the room feel humid and stuffy.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was just average. However, we liked that they gave complimentary snacks in the room and provided free toiletries. the hotel is located near a mall, making it easy to access restaurants and shops. the staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming.

Our experience was also negative. Our room was very small and had no windows, making it feel like a prison cell.
