The staff at Four Points By Sheraton Windsor Downtown provided excellent service, especially Ann and Celeste, who went above and beyond to assist us. The room was spacious and very clean, with fantastic shower pressure and a good selection of TV channels. However, noise from outside can be disruptive at night, so bringing earplugs is wise. This hotel is well-suited for a visit to the city center.

It was a reliable pick for exploring town in Windsor with good value. The coffee bar area was a nice touch to have in the room. Make sure to grab earplugs they provide since the street can be noisy at night.

i was utterly disappointed, parking is a ridiculous $15 for such tight spaces, not to mention the noisy pubs outside. plus, the staff barged in on my privacy, not even an apology when my room keys failed! i woudl ve been impressed with a complimentary breakfast or something, but no, just a lackluster experience.

We enjoyed our stay and loved visiting the Fort Malden Historic Site. The modern room decor was a plus too. The restaurant had delicious food, and the server was super friendly, making our family dinner memorable.

My wife says that the parking experience was really tricky. It would be great if there were more family-friendly facilities available.

the hotel was pretty clean and the staff were super nice. the gym was small but well maintained, had wipes and hair ties. my room was nice and modern, and it felt comfy. plus, I liked that they at least gave out earplugs since it was kinda loud outside. had a decent shower that got warm enough, not too bad overall.

but man, the blackout curtains were short, so it was kinda bright in the morning. also, the pillows were terrible, like not comfy at all.

the breakfast at the irish pub was hearty and filling for the morning. parking was a bit tricky and tight for our car.
