I was in the city for shopping and stayed for three nights. the location was perfect, with a mall nearby and plenty of 24-hour fast food options. the rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed and blanket were super comfortable, and the powerful air conditioning ensured a great night's sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, surrounded by malls, stores, and restaurants. The price is also very reasonable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional, and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant offers some of the best food in the area, and the breakfast options are varied. The manager was proactive in addressing any issues and making necessary improvements.

The hotel lacks certain amenities such as slippers and bottled water in the rooms. Occasionally, there were empty water dispensers on some floors in the early morning.

They went the extra mile to resolve a small issue we had during our stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the most comfortable bed and powerful air conditioning. the hotel is conveniently located near Robinson mall and other amenities. We also loved the restaurant, which quickly became our favorite food place in town. we highly recommend this hotel, especially for tourists.
