Room was comfy with a king bed, but there were ants in the sink, which wasn't ideal. The breakfast was really nice though! Chur!

where do i start? the shower was cold with zero pressure and not a single staff member seemed to care. i mean, i was practically begging for a spoon and ice, but apparently that’s too much to ask. a room upgrade would’ve been nice too, but i guess those perks are for special guests, not me. absoluteley disappointing.

I stayed for 3 nights while visiting local attractions and found the location extremely convenient, right next to Robinsons Mall, which made it easy to grab meals and shop. The breakfast at the restaurant was a highlight. it was delicious and definitely worth it. My room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfy space to unwind after a long day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I'd recommend it for anyone looking to explore the area.

Had a comfy stay in a Superior King Room with a king-sized bed and air conditioning. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Loved the amenities like the flat-screen TV and hairdryer. Breakfast was great, and the location near Robinsons Mall was super convenient! The staff were polite and helped me with a packed breakfast when I had to leave early.

Not enough attention to customer needs during the stay!!! I struggled without basic items like a spoon or ice!!! The shower had no hot water or pressure!!! Room clean-up inconsistency was frustrating!!! The access to the front desk can feel neglected!!!
