I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff, including the receptionist, were extremely friendly and helpful. They even accommodated my request for a late check-out without any hassle. the housekeeping was top-notch, with my room being cleaned daily and fresh towels provided regularly. the location is unbeatable, right in the city center and next to Robinson mall, making it convenient to shop and explore the area. Breakfast was served promptly and was delicious, setting me up for a great day ahead.

One area for improvement would be the replacement of the towels, as some were showing signs of wear and tear. Ensuring that the toilets are thoroughly cleaned before new guests arrive would also enhance the overall experience.

Located in a vibrant area with good shopping, I felt like a kid in a candy store exploring nearby shops and boutiques. the friendly staff made me feel right at home, always ready to help with a smile. A convenient and pleasant stay. Cons: Inconsistent cleaning service.

During my stay, I experienced a topnotch location, right beside Robinson's mall and with easy access to public transport. the proximity to the airport was also convenient. the room was clean, with comfortable sheets and a decent breakfast. the staff were accommodating. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

We hit up HOTEL TRIPLETS & it was epic! the rooftop party had us vibin', and the pool was so clutch after a day out. Plus, the location was primo for hitting up the city's hotspots!

Would be rad to have a chill area where we could kick back with some sick beats by the pool.

the location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from robinsons shopping mall. the room was spotless and i indulged in a relaxing in-room massage. the staff were incredibly attentive to all my needs and made my stay truly enjoyable. being next to the mall and near public transportation made it super convenient.
