I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the convenient location near a shopping mall and close to ports. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting me with a smile and going out of their way to assist me.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always with a smile. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The housekeeping crew was honest and kept my husband's forgotten watch safe. The hotel is conveniently located near a mall, restaurants, and shops. The front door bellhop, Stephen, was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and room service menu were great.

Felt at home instantly, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a great stay at Gt Hotel Iloilo. The location was convenient, just a few steps away from Robinsons and easily accessible to transportation. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily, with fresh beddings and towels provided. We also appreciated the honesty of the housekeeping staff who found and safely kept my husband's forgotten watch. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and dinner meals. the location was also great as it was near the mall and office buildings. the free shuttle service to and from the airport was a plus.

My experience was ruined by the poor cleanliness of the rooms. the towels were of poor quality and the housekeeping staff accused us of taking one when there was only one provided in the room.
