The hotel staff was amazing and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The room was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. The shower was excellent with hot water and a large shower head. The location was also excellent.

The location is convenient for visiting Makati, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could be improved with a simple orange juice option for kids, instead of only offering a fancy adult-sized freshly squeezed orange juice.

The staff at this hotel were excellent and ensured our safety at all times. They were always present on the street and even chased down taxis that refused to take new guests. The food was also good, with a nice mix of Filipino and Western options available. We especially enjoyed the fast room service, with meals arriving in just 15 minutes. Additionally, the internet was impressive, with strong signals throughout the hotel.

We ended up using our own pocket wifi instead. Additionally, the temperature in the breakfast room was too warm and could have been improved with a couple of fans to circulate the air.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even upgrading us to a Junior Suite. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a separate bedroom and living room. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to the CBD. We had no trouble getting around as the staff promptly arranged safe transport for us. Additionally, there are several bars and brunch places within walking distance from the hotel.

The room may be small, but the living area with two TVs is mind-blowingly awesome! The bed is super comfy and there's ample space to unpack. The buffet breakfast is jaw-droppingly good with a wide selection. The staff is incredibly helpful, arranging transport and offering a warm welcome. The nearby bar/restaurant is a big plus, and there are plenty more eateries just around the corner. The security and bell-boy greet you warmly. The room is spacious, clean, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. a fantastic stay with great breakfast!

We found the location of the hotel to be very convenient. It's just a short walk to the main road where you can easily find taxis. The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet residential area, which was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Additionally, it's very close to the Makati shopping center, perfect for any retail therapy needs. We also appreciated the Grab service to the airport, which was very economical and hassle-free.

The breakfast at the hotel was a disappointment. The coffee was not up to par and the orange jam lacked flavor.

The staff were so helpful, arranging airport transfers and laundry services like it's such a big deal. The hotel is located in a "distinctive and quiet" street, which is code for "hard to find". And oh, the rooms have minibars, because who doesn't want to pay inflated prices for drinks?

The deluxe room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a separate living area. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the food and drinks were the best we've had in the area. the room was also very quiet, thanks to the decent soundproofing, allowing us to have a peaceful stay. the high-end mattress on the bed provided exceptional comfort, and we loved the luxurious shower with plenty of hot water and a large rain shower head. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that breakfast was a complimentary buffet, and our room was upgraded to a super deluxe. the courteous staff and fast Wi-Fi made our New Year's Eve stay at Guijo truly enjoyable.
