I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful right from the beginning. They responded to my inquiries quickly and provided me with all the information I needed. The room was perfect, and the wifi, although initially slow, was fixed immediately. They even went the extra mile to bring a wifi router and helped me set up Netflix for my son. The manager and the entire staff were so accommodating, and they even allowed us to transfer to a similar room after our negative PCR results.

Everything was great, just a little bit old, but it wasn't really a problem at all. The cleanliness of the room was spotless, and I want to thank the hardworking cleaners who never get enough recognition.

The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were a comfortable size. The staff here bend over backwards for their customers and were very friendly and professional. They were super accommodating and made me feel very welcome. The hotel also offers great amenities such as free Wi-Fi, an on-site car park, and a gym. I had a wonderful experience here.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with separate sitting and eating areas. The staff at the front desk, Tracy, James, Shaira. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to major traffic routes.

There was no running water for two days, no hot water for two days, and the Wi-Fi was not working for two days. It took around 10 minutes for the hot water to come out of the tap.

We were thrilled with the location of the hotel, as it was pretty close to the Alaya shopping center and major shopping malls. It made exploring the city and going on a shopping spree extremely convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a minimalist design that we loved. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from carrying our bags to promptly responding to our requests. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We were also impressed with the facilities, such as the Daikin AC in the room and the fast internet.

The parking area at the basement had an unpleasant odor, which was a bit of a letdown.

The location of the hotel is ideal as it is close to several food places, including a variety of restaurants at Ayala Mall. it is conveniently situated near the Cebu Temple, making it a suitable choice for attending weddings.

As foreign tourists, we loved the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the air conditioning in the room worked well. The lobby and restaurants were clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern with hot water and the room service was prompt. The free shuttle to Ayala was convenient and the staff went above and beyond to assist us.

The bidet spray was a bit clogged which was a bit unpleasant, but this was a minor issue compared to the great experience we had during our stay. some of the dishes in the dinner buffet were not replenished, and the overall food portion and quality could have been better.
