We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Here, you are located in a great area with plenty of transportation options. The service is amazing as they provide amenities such as car hire, room service, and grocery shopping services. The in-room amenities are just perfect, from the sitting area to the mini-bar and soundproofed rooms, it felt like our dream vacation spot.

This hotel was a great find! the location is perfect, being on a main boulevard with easy access to public transportation. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are in great condition with large beds and impeccably clean, and the transparent bathroom was a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast was included and had a variety of food options to choose from.

During our stay at Akgun for a week in April, we were given Family connected rooms which made us feel right at home. The staff, particularly Ahmet at reception, were very helpful and even arranged taxis for us whenever we needed. The delicious breakfast and the gifts we received upon check-out were a nice touch. Special thanks to Filiz, the customer relations officer, for her guidance. We will definitely stay at Akgun again in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located just one minute away from a metro station and two mosques and the Grand Bazaar. The rooms are well-decorated and spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service and offering late check-out. The breakfast is tasty, and facilities like the spa and Turkish hamam provide an enjoyable experience for guests.

My room was equipped with exclusive amenities and the private facilities made for a comfortable stay.
