The hotel's location on a busy intersection made it very convenient for me to travel around by Jeep. The staff were accommodating and friendly, and the basic amenities in the room were all I needed for my stay. The room and bathroom were clean, and I felt secure leaving my valuable items in the safe provided.

We had a very comfortable stay at Hop Inn Hotel. The location was perfect for us as we were meeting friends. The rooms, although a bit smaller than expected, had a large and comfortable bed. The shower had great pressure and we appreciated the inclusive bottle of water each day. The place was clean and the amenities met our expectations. The front desk staff were very accommodating and courteous. Special mention must be given to the security personnel who warmly welcomed us. our stay was excellent.

the check-in and check-out process was fast, and there was a safety deposit box available. Although there were only two pillows provided, I was able to request extras at no additional cost. the housekeeping staff were polite, and the room had a nice work/study desk by the window, which made working on my laptop more comfortable. the hotel was new and clean, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants that were open 24/7.

During my Christmas stay, I found two things that I really liked about this hotel. the location was excellent. It was conveniently located near all the key attractions, making it easy for me to explore and enjoy the festive season. the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed to have a great stay. I really enjoyed the comfortable beds provided in the rooms, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The towels provided in the rooms were a bit old and grayish, which was a bit disappointing. the response to maintenance requests was quite slow.

The hotel was cleaned daily, even when we left our room late, and the cleaners were polite. The entire place was quiet and tidy. The location was great, with malls nearby and a street full of food options and even some nightlife. I would definitely come back to this nice, brand new hotel.
