We have stayed at hotels in the same price-range in Davao before, but nothing compares to our experience at Tropika. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of our stay was first-class. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The room was perfect, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The food at the hotel was delicious, and we were particularly impressed with the swimming pool, which was fantastic. Additionally, the hotel services provided were great.

The hotel is located in the Lanang district, which is a very convenient location for tourists. It is close to the airport, Abreeza Mall, and the SM Lanang. The rooms are spacious and come with free wifi. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The breakfast is above average and includes fresh fruits. There is also an open space area near the swimming pool, great for morning exercises.

The parking space at the hotel needs improvement.

The breakfast had a good variety of food and the coffee was decent. the location was convenient, only a short walk to shops and restaurants. the room had a nice view of the city.

The elevator was out of order, which was inconvenient since I was on the 6th floor and had to take the stairs every time. the air conditioning wasn't very strong and the room was quite warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
