The hotel is conveniently located just across the Lost World theme park, making it a perfect choice for those looking to explore the park from morning until evening. Guests can easily walk to the park and enjoy the attractions without any hassle. Additionally, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. From providing helpful tips about the local area to offering exceptional service, the staff truly stands out.

There is one negative aspect of the hotel that should be highlighted. The noise level in the morning can be quite disruptive, with doors slamming and people running along the corridors.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was right behind a hill, offering a nice view over the Lost World of Tambun Theme Park. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with basic amenities and a separate area for showering. The breakfast was also impressive, with a variety of options including local tropical fruits and a hot cup of coffee to start the day.

Everything was more than satisfactory and I couldn't find anything that needed improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunway Lost World. The glamping experience was truly unique with comfortable beds and amenities like air conditioning and fans. The surrounding lake and picnic area added to the tranquility. The breakfast and BBQ dinner were delicious. Despite a small inconvenience with the room allocation, the hotel's strategic location near retail shops and restaurants made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Had the chance to spend a couple of days away for a business trip. the hotel location couldn't have been better, a stone's throw away from the main attraction in the area. the staff was exceptional, very friendly, and attentive, always willing to assist. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee provided in the room and the excellent air conditioning.

The breakfast didn't quite live up to expectations, limited choices and not very appetizing. the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and the pre-mixed tea and coffee sachets were not my favorite.
