The location was perfect, friendly staff, quick check-in, near main tourist attractions, good breakfast with cozy restaurant, helpful housekeeping staff.

We had a great time here in this venue! The staff gave us a warm welcome with a refreshing welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance from the plaza and in front of the post office. The room amenities were complete with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and a terrace with garden furniture. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room spotless, and we enjoyed the in-room breakfast and special diet menus at the dining restaurant.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

During our stay, we were delighted by the hotel's prime location. We were able to easily explore the city center and immerse ourselves in the rich history and culture of the surrounding attractions. With just a short walk or a charming calesa ride, we were able to visit the famous Crisologo Street and experience its vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's staff was very polite and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the value for money that the hotel provided, with comfortable rooms and a satisfying breakfast.

We experienced a slight inconvenience with the fluctuating shower temperature during our stay.

The breakfast buffet was amazing - so many choices! I especially loved the local breakfast items and the coffee was great. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. You can easily walk to the main plaza and nearby restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any request.

I had a wonderful stay at Veneto De! The recently renovated colonial mansion was charming and had a lot of character. My room was quiet and well-furnished, with beautiful ceiling floral paintings. The bathroom was also very nice. Despite some slight water pressure variations in the shower at peak times, it didn't bother me much. The wifi was a bit slow, but still worked fine for me, especially in the ground floor restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with local flavors. The air conditioning worked well and kept me comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend Veneto De for its charm and solid offering.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. The parking situation was not ideal, with only 9 slots available and a need to coordinate with other guests to move cars.
