This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. The staff were incredibly helpful during my first stay, assisting with my elderly parents. I recommend requesting specific amenities ahead of time. I’m coming back for Xmas!

During my stay, I encountered a range of serious issues that made me question the overall management of JMM Grand Suites. Additionally, the lack of proper cleaning and maintenance was evident, with furniture that was not only worn but also malfunctioning, making my overall experience uncomfortable and frustrating.

The Three-Bedroom Apartment truly shines with its great layout, making it feel inviting and roomy. I loved how aesthetically pleasing the decor was, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Being part of a group, the space was perfect for socializing and having fun together!

The bathroom in the suite was spacious, featuring a good shower with reliable hot water. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable amidst the city heat.

Access points to the building are limited, and the elevator service can be painfully slow, often with only three of four units operational. Some rooms lack consistent hot water, as one bathroom in our suite had no hot water at all, making things awkward. Additionally, I noticed a few bugs around, which is not ideal for a stay. The gym equipment is aging, and the breakfast area is cramped and lacks ventilation, making meals less enjoyable than they should be.

This culinary adventure at Jmm Grand Suites left me dreaming about their delicious buttermilk biscuits. The staff's genuine kindness shone through, especially the cleaning crew that kept the place tidy. The room was spacious and perfect for leisurely evenings after my food escapades.

While they recently stopped providing the daily amenities like water and coffee without notice, I still loved the vibrant atmosphere. Little quirks, like the cool shower, couldn’t overshadow the overall charm of this city gem.

i really enjoyed my stay at jmm grand suites. the room had a full kitchen and was super spacious with a balcony. the air conditioning worked great, and they provided more than two pillows, which was a nice touch. it's also close to a mall, making shopping convenient!
