The hotel staff, facilities, spa, pools, bar, food. Reasonably priced food, drinks, and spa treatments. Staff is friendly and professional. Overlooking beautiful views. Free shuttles to town.

Spent Christmas at a hotel surrounded by trees. The indoor and outdoor thermal pools were amazing, and the fitness center was perfect for a morning workout. The room was comfortable and featured a flat-screen TV and a nice bathroom. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool, and the location is surrounded by nature, making it very peaceful and relaxing.

The breakfast had poor service and was below average. This hotel may not be suitable for business trips because check-in and check-out takes pretty long.

This provides a peaceful and serene atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Additionally, there are grocery shops and shopping malls in close proximity, making it easy to access all necessary amenities. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay for guests. The breakfast provided is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Moreover, the friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant experience throughout the stay.

Luxurious amenities, including a well-equipped Spa and indoor swimming pool gave me a relaxing experience during my stay. Spa centre professionals gave an excellent massage, and they provided me with a full body massage to relieve stress after a long day. The garden area, with beautiful sun loungers, provided a refreshingly natural and peaceful environment.

Although the services were great, the buffet breakfast was not up to the 5-star standards. There were minimal options, and the quality of the food was not fresh.
