My stay at Julieta's Pension House was exceptional. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. The breakfast options were personalized and delicious, and the room was comfortable. The hotel also provided convenient transportation services and all the tours came right to the doorstep. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Puerto Princesa.

I recently stayed at a wonderful pension house near the airport. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the airport with a free shuttle service. The room was cozy with great air-conditioning and the CLEANEST bathroom I've seen in the Philippines. The staff were incredibly helpful and even catered to my vegan diet with a delicious home cooked breakfast. The wifi was also fantastic, finally allowing me to watch YouTube. a fantastic stay with amazing hosts.

The shower heater was a bit tricky to use.

They offered a cheap shuttle service to downtown and the location was near the airport. The rooms were clean and modern, with fresh sheets and a hot shower. The staff provided great breakfast options and gave helpful advice for budget tours. we had a great experience.

The customer service was amazing throughout our stay. They really made our xmas holiday memorable. The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They provided free airport pick-up, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The key location of the hotel made it easy for us to explore the city and visit attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. the staff's friendliness and helpfulness were the best aspects of our xmas experience.

We did encounter a few minor inconveniences during our stay. There were some issues with the hot water in the evenings, which made showering a bit uncomfortable.

On my recent Christmas stay at a hotel, the complementary breakfast was quite good, and their airport transfer service was very convenient. The hotel was located in a nice area, within walking distance of local restaurants. The staff were also helpful in suggesting places to visit nearby.

The hotel's air conditioning was not working properly, making the room uncomfortably warm. the room had a strong scent of cleaning products, which made it difficult to breathe.
