I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the business center of Makati and within walking distance of the shopping center. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, treating me like a part of their family. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfy beds and a kitchenette that had all the necessary equipment. The breakfast included in the amount paid was also a great bonus.

All was perfect, no improvements needed.

We had a great stay at Kl Serviced Residences Managed By Hii. The location was perfect, with the park, shopping malls, and restaurants just a short walk away. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a full kitchen. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and value for money.

The thanksgiving stay was amazing with excellent service! The location was very convenient and close to important areas. The hotel offered two lovely complementary beverages which were a delight. The room was very spacious and clean, and had all our needs covered. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The lifts were not very efficient at all and were often slow and crowded. This was the only downside of our stay, but it didn't really ruin our experience.

I recently had a fantastic stay in a quiet residential neighborhood not far from the airport. The location was perfect, with two parks across the street and the malls just a stone's throw away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a complete kitchen set for those who prefer to cook. The bathroom was clean and had a good working shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast had a great selection and the hotel amenities were top-notch, including an indoor pool, sauna, and a well-equipped gym.
