My stay at Lagun was incredible. The hotel's setting next to huge limestone cliffs was stunning, and the infinity pool added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and informative, and the cocktails were superb. The location was just a short ride from the main beach/port and close to some of the most incredible beaches. The room was quite spacious with a small lounge area close to the windows. I loved the burst of colors in the room, and the beds provided a comfortable sleep. The rooftop pool offered an unobstructed view of the limestone karst, and I had a great time relaxing there both day and night. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and the ala carte food was fantastic, especially the Bicol Express, Kare-Kare, and Pansit. The staff, from check-in to restaurant service, was exceptional and comparable to Japanese Customer Service.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Girlie on reception, went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. They arranged surprises for both our anniversary and my partner's birthday, including towel displays and a birthday cake. The restaurant staff were attentive and even sang Happy Birthday. The location was great, just a short walk from the city center. The rooftop pool offered a lovely view and the breakfast was one of the best we've had during our travels in Asia. the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and staff were top-notch.
