The location was perfect, with easy access to malls and a convenient free bus service. The property was clean and secure, and the pool was awesome. The host provided towels, toiletries, and coffee/milk, which was a nice touch. The studio was clean and spacious for 3 people, and there were nearby jeepneys.

Great location near Robinsons mall and eateries. Amazing view from the 51st floor. Helpful and friendly staff. Strong and efficient air-conditioning. Convenient access to Grab transportation. Clean and well-equipped apartment. Love the swimming pool on the 9th floor. Good WiFi internet connection.

We had a wonderful stay at Nica's Place Property Management Services. The property was clean, safe, and comfortable. It was perfect for our group stay and had all the necessary appliances. The building had excellent security measures in place, and the host was very accommodating. We also enjoyed using the swimming pool and found the location to be convenient for transportation and restaurants. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The facilities at Nica's Place were excellent for our family with 2 small kids. The fully furnished studio had everything we needed, including utensils, excellent Wifi and cable TV. The location in the center of the city was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. We felt right at home and the hosts were top professionals, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We felt safe throughout our stay and had no complaints at all.

Cleanliness of the room was commendable. the view of the city from the room was amazing

The room didn't match the pictures and was not well-maintained. The appliances were old and the mattress was falling apart.

I had an amazing stay with breathtaking views from the 38th floor. The condo was clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed. The location was perfect, right in the city center with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the airport.
