Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, just outside the center of Tagaytay, which means it's peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the surroundings, especially from the 3rd floor. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The facilities were great, including the sari-sari store across the street, which was convenient for snacks and necessities. we had a fantastic experience.

The bathtub could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Stayed in a cozy, clean room with great service from very accommodating staff. The basic amenities were more than enough and the large rooms were well-maintained, with some even having a balcony. Breakfast was included and a delicious way to start the day.

No negative aspect to mention, this hotel lived up to expectations.

This hotel made our vacation complete. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks and had an upgraded room. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from our window and the convenience of having free wifi. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of choices and the staff were always quick to attend to our needs.

there was some confusion with the payment process which took time to resolve. the friendly staff and great service made up for the minor inconveniences.

Front desk receptionist was nice and professional. Hotel offers discounts and room upgrades. Flexible and understanding management.
